Luce Balloons is a professional balloon company that started trading around 1998. We started out as a home based business and have steadily grown into one of the premier balloon companies in Northern Ireland. In February 2008 we opened our new and improved party store. With the new party store opening it enabled us to develop our Arts & Craft department which is continually expanding with new and exciting lines.

We have in stock a large range of Arts & Crafts products that can be used to make everything from a water colour masterpiece to your Christmas cards. We have also sourced items for the “extreme crafter”. If you can’t find what you are looking for give us a call and we will endeavour to get it.
